1. Who provides RewardMe
RewardMe is provided by KHALILOV LTD (Hi Ecom), 2 Frederick Street, Kings Cross, London, United Kingdom, WC1X 0ND. Contact us at hello@reward-me.app.
These terms govern your use of RewardMe. By subscribing to or using the service, you agree to them. If you act for a business, you must be authorised to accept these terms for that business.
2. The service
RewardMe helps merchants manage affiliates, customer loyalty, branded reward points and Shoppable Reels. Features and allowances depend on your plan, platform, integrations and configuration. Custom API workflows require implementation by you or your developer. Only purchase a plan that supports your intended setup.
We provide software, not a guarantee of sales, referrals, customer retention or earnings. Third-party services, including Shopify and Judge.me, have their own terms and availability.
3. Accounts and permitted use
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and give access only to authorised users. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Do not use RewardMe for unlawful activity, spam, deceptive promotions, fake reviews, referral fraud or content that infringes another person’s rights. Do not introduce malicious software, interfere with other accounts, bypass access controls or misuse the API.
4. Your programme and rewards
You are responsible for your programme rules, customer and affiliate communications, points settings, disclosures, reward costs and fulfilment. Explain eligibility, maturity, expiry and redemption conditions clearly to members. Review incentives must comply with applicable law and the review platform’s rules.
Affiliates earn points for eligible referred purchases according to the merchant’s rules. Customers may earn points for their own eligible purchases and supported review activity. Points are merchant programme records, not funds held by RewardMe. PayPal and bank payout requests are reviewed and paid manually by the merchant; RewardMe does not automatically transfer that money.
5. Content and personal information
You retain your rights in the content you supply. You give us permission to host, process and display it as needed to provide the service and carry out your settings. Only upload videos, images and other material you are entitled to use. Public Reels may be viewed and shared by others.
You are responsible for having the permissions and legal basis needed to process customer and affiliate information and for providing appropriate notices. Our Privacy Policy explains how RewardMe handles information. Paddle also processes transaction information under its Privacy Notice when you purchase through Paddle.
6. Subscriptions and billing
The plan, currency, billing interval, included allowances, applicable taxes and any additional usage charges are disclosed in the relevant plan and checkout or billing approval screen. Free access is subject to the stated allowances; it does not mean unlimited usage. Recurring subscriptions renew at the disclosed interval until cancelled.
For purchases completed through Paddle, Paddle is the authorised reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles the transaction, payment-related support and applicable sales taxes. Its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply to those transactions. These RewardMe terms govern use of the software and do not replace Paddle’s transaction terms.
Subscriptions billed through Shopify remain subject to Shopify’s billing process and the charges you approve there. A Paddle policy or cancellation request does not cancel a separate Shopify subscription.
7. Cancellation and refunds
For a Paddle subscription, use the manage-subscription link in your receipt or visit Paddle buyer support to cancel. Cancellation prevents future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. For Shopify billing, manage or cancel the app subscription through Shopify. Contact us if you need help identifying your billing provider.
Cancellation alone does not request a refund or erase charges already incurred. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility and how to contact the correct provider. A refund may end access to the refunded service.
8. Availability, changes and suspension
Maintenance, technical issues or third-party outages may interrupt service. We may update the service, but will communicate material changes that affect your subscription. Changes to paid pricing will be disclosed before they apply, with the opportunity to cancel future renewal.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address non-payment, unlawful use, a material breach or a security risk. Where practical, we will explain the issue and allow you to resolve it. Contact us about retrieving account information or closing your account; retention is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Responsibility and your legal rights
You remain responsible for your store’s products, transactions and promises to customers and affiliates. RewardMe does not act as the seller of your store’s goods or decide disputes between you and programme members.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. Paddle’s responsibilities for transactions processed by Paddle are governed by its own applicable terms.
10. Questions and updates
Send service questions or complaints to hello@reward-me.app. For Paddle payment or cancellation support, you may also contact Paddle directly.
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will publish the updated version with its effective date and notify you of material changes before they take effect. Updates do not remove rights relating to earlier purchases.
